Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship from Portugal to European countries.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, weather, or courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can resend it once the re-shipping cost has been paid.

Lost or Delayed Packages
