1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Portugal.

2. Do you ship internationally?
No, in the moment we only ship to European countries. Shipping costs is shown at checkout.

3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Portugal: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

5. What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Please note: Earrings and personalised pieces are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Christmas Returns Policy
All orders made before 31/12/2025 can be exchanged or refunded until 15/01/2026.

6. How do I request a return?
Email us at generalthebclub@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

7. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. Are your jewellery pieces waterproof?
Our stainless steel jewellery is water-resistant and designed for everyday wear. However, to preserve shine and color, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

9. How can I request a repair under warranty?
Please email generalthebclub@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
Our team will review your request and confirm if it’s covered by warranty.

10. My leather bag has slight marks — is that normal?
Yes! Genuine leather naturally shows small variations in color and texture. These are not defects but part of the leather’s authentic character.

11. How do I care for my genuine leather bag?

  • Avoid contact with water, oils, and direct sunlight.
  • Store in a dust bag in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Wipe with a soft cloth and use leather conditioner occasionally.

12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MB Way (please contact us directly through email generalthebclub@gmail.com), PayPal, MB, Apple/Samsung/Google pay, and major credit/debit cards.

13. Is my payment information secure?
Yes — all transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers. Your details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

14. What material is your jewellery made of?

Most of our pieces are made of stainless steel — it’s tarnish-resistant, waterproof, and perfect for everyday wear.
Some designs are finished with 18K gold plating, pearls, or sparkling zircon details

15. What material is your bag made of?

Crafted from genuine leather — soft, durable, and made to age beautifully over time

16. Are the pieces nickel-free?

All our jewellery is nickel-free and hypoallergenic
