  • Keep away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources, which may cause fading or drying.

  • Avoid overfilling your bag to maintain its shape.

2. Cleaning

  • Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.

  • For deeper cleaning, use a specialized leather cleaner suitable for genuine leather.

  • Do not use harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, or baby wipes.

3. Storage

  • Store your bag in its dust bag or a breathable cotton pouch when not in use.

  • Keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

  • To retain its shape, stuff it lightly with tissue paper or soft fabric.

4. Natural Characteristics

Genuine leather may show small variations in color or texture — these are natural marks that make each piece unique.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at generalthebclub@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the defect

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

 

Requesting a Repair

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
Once received, our team will assess your request and let you know whether the repair is covered under warranty.
