We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there are errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept secure payments via Stripe, PayPal, MB Way, and major credit/debit cards.
Shipping costs will be added at checkout.
Lovely Theory LDA is not responsible for any additional charges such as customs duties or import taxes in the destination country.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delays caused by postal or courier services are beyond our control.
7. Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To request a return, please contact generalthebclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
