Gift Card Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Customers who make a purchase above 30€ until 10/12/2025 are eligible to receive a 5€ gift card.
  • The order must have a minimum value of 35€ (after discounts, before delivery fees).
  • One gift card is issued per qualifying order.

2. Delivery of the Gift Card

  • The 5€ gift card will be sent to the customer by email once the order is confirmed and paid.
  • Gift cards are issued in digital format only.
  • Customers must provide a valid email address to receive the gift card.

3. How to Use the Gift Card

  • Gift cards can only be used online and are not valid in physical stores.
  • The 5€ gift card can be used only on a future purchase above 20€.
  • It must be entered at checkout using the unique code provided.
  • Gift cards cannot be used to pay for delivery fees.
  • Gift cards cannot be combined with other discount codes unless otherwise stated.

4. Expiry Date

  • The gift card is valid until 31/01/2025.
  • After this date, unused balances will automatically expire.

5. Minimum Purchase Requirement for Use

  • The gift card can be applied to any future order equal to or above 20€.

6. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If an order paid using a gift card is refunded, the 5€ gift card amount will not be returned.

7. Lost or Misused Gift Cards

  • Lost, deleted, or stolen gift card codes cannot be reissued.
  • Only the customer who received the gift card is allowed to use it.

8. Exceptions

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • Promotion does not apply to wholesale or bulk orders.
