Shipping & Returns

At The B Club, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within the timeframe and conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 14 days from the receiving date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including boxes, pouches, and tags).

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Christmas Returns Policy
All orders made before 31/12/2025 can be exchanged or refunded until 15/01/2026.

2. How to Request a Return

Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges

Request an exchange for another item (subject to availability), or

Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at thebclubpt@gmail.com with:

Photos clearly showing the defect
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
