Shipping & Returns

At The B Club, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within the timeframe and conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days from the receiving date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including boxes, pouches, and tags).

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Christmas Returns Policy
All orders made before 31/12/2025 can be exchanged or refunded until 15/01/2026.

Please note:

  • Earrings and personalised pieces are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.


2. How to Request a Return

Please contact us at generalthebclub@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at generalthebclub@gmail.com
You can either:

  • Request an exchange for another item (subject to availability), or

  • Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at thebclubpt@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the defect

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalized or engraved pieces

  • Gift cards
